The First "Innovation and Creativity Competition" of MMI has come to a successful conclusion

 In order to stimulate the innovation consciousness of young employees and create a new platform for skill showcase, on December 7, the Youth League Committee and the Technology Center of MMI jointly held the first "Innovation and Creativity Competition" final round of the company. Mr. Li Yunsheng, Deputy General Manager and General Manager of Intelligent Business Division, and Mr. Li Huafeng, Assistant General Manager and General Manager of Technology Center, attended the competition as judges, and Ms. Wang Kaili, Secretary of the Youth League Committee of MMI, presided over the competition.

The first "Innovation and Creativity" competition was themed with "Innovation, Explore the Infinite Possibilities of Future Factory", and the entries covered four major fields: "Intelligent Technology Innovation", "Digital Technology Innovation", "Design Work Innovation", and "Management Innovation".  In the preliminary review stage, a total of 32 teams and individuals signed up to participate in the competition. After screening and expert preliminary review by their party and youth league branches, a total of 19 teams and individuals entered the final round, with a total of about 100 participants..

The final competition invited 11 expert judges, of which 9 provided guidance throughout the entire process from the initial review. They provided suggestions for improving the works to the contestants from multiple dimensions such as personalized transformation, application scenarios, secondary development, enhancing user experience, and value promotion.

After a fierce competition in the afternoon, 2 first prizes, 4 second prizes, 6 third prizes and 7 excellence awards were ultimately selected. Mr. Li Huafeng, Assistant General Manager and General Manager of the Technology Center of MMI, announced the final evaluation results and made a summary comment.

At the end of the competition, Mr. Li Yunsheng, Deputy General Manager and General Manager of the Intelligent Business Unit of MMI, made a concluding speech, in which he highly praised and affirmed the enthusiasm and innovative spirit of the contestants and put forward the expectations and requirements for the young employees to carry out innovation. This competition has seen the unlimited potential of young employees and the hope of the company's future. It is believed that through the continuous innovation of all the staff, especially the young staff, MMI will be able to create new splendor!
