MMI LANDI company held the 7th staff skills competition

 In order to promote the spirit of craftsmanship and comprehensively enhance the job skills of the staff, on November 11th, Landi Company of MMI held the Seventh Staff Skills Competition. Cui Zhaojun, assistant general manager and general manager of the equipment division, attended the award ceremony and gave a concluding speech, and Song Wei, executive vice general manager of the equipment division and general manager of LANDI, gave an opening speech for the competition.

The competition set up 13 projects including robot welding programming, EMS lifting frame electromechanical integration assembly, laser welding, etc. During the process, the contestants operated in a standardized and methodical way, and demonstrated their skill level with full enthusiasm. The referees rigorously measured, serious in comparison, also dedicated and responsible; in addition, two technical experts from FAW Group were specially invited to act as judges, which made the competition results more objective and fair, and at the same time, introduced the source of living water, providing better guidance for improving employee skills. Compared with the previous sessions, the biggest highlight of this competition is that a group competition was set up in addition to the competition subjects of the past individual combat , which guided the staff's collaboration and inheritance consciousness, and greatly enhanced everyone's sense of collective honor and team cohesion.

After a day of intense competition, Shao Long and other 10 players won the first prize of the participating work types, Yan Huiliang and other 10 players won the second prize of the participating work types, Du Wengui and other 10 players won the third prize of the participating work types, and Li Haibin and other 3 groups of teams won the first prize of the collective project.

At the awarding ceremony, Cui Zhaojun made a summary speech, fully acknowledging the organization and preparation of the competition, as well as the outstanding performance of the contestants. He emphasized that the development of the enterprise relies on talents, and MMI has always regarded the talents as the first resource, the core element and the source of motivation for the development of the cause, and that the skills competition is held to create a stage for the employees to exchange skills, improve skills and showcase skills, and he hoped that all the employees of Landi would take this competition as a great opportunity to improve their skills, accumulate momentum for the enhancement of the equipment capacity of MMI, and make new and greater contributions to the high-quality development of MMI!
