MMI and German KELLER renewed strategic cooperation framework agreement

 On October 30, 2023, the renewal ceremony of the strategic cooperation framework agreement was held between MMI and KELLER Germany. Liu Shixin, Director, Secretary of Party Committee and General Manager of MMI, Li Yunsheng, Vice General Manager of MMI, Mr. Horst Keller, Chairman of KELLER Germany and other representatives of the two sides attended the renewal ceremony.

The cooperation between MMI and Germany KELLER began in 2011, and the both parties reached a strategic cooperation intention on September 18, 2018, after the FAW Hongqi L platform project and FAW-Volkswagen Chengdu integrated line project. Since both parties signed the strategic cooperation framework agreement, the cooperation has been deepening day by day. The lime powder dry filtration system for spraying booth of painting line, which is developed and manufactured jointly by the two sides, has a high degree of automation, good filtration effect, low maintenance cost, and is green and environmentally friendly, and has been successfully applied in FAW-Volkswagen Tianjin Plant, FAW Hongqi Fanrong Plant, and FAW Hongqi Weishan Plant, etc., and MMI has become the only company in China that has mastered and successfully applied this technology and product in multiple projects in the automotive industry.

The renewal of the strategic cooperation framework agreement marks that the cooperation between the two sides will enter a new stage. The two sides will deepen the cooperation of existing products, further explore the cooperation of other fields and products, and continuously expand the depth and scope of cooperation, so as to promote the continuous expansion of the technology, products and business of the two sides in the field of green and low carbon, and to support the realization of the strategic goals and sustainable development of the two sides.
