A glorious course of 49 years walked through the Institute has, recalling the past; we had draught a launching blueprint of Chinese automotive industry with our hard effort and intelligence, while a unique enterprise culture had been formed.
        Looking forward the future, the prevailing factors of an enterprise has transited from traditional factors such as capital, technology, system etc. to culture, which has become an important trend for enterprise management. Today and future competition, in some sense, have become a competition on aspect of culture, because the essence of enterprise culture is an integration and reorganization of people, enterprise and social value understanding.
        As an engineering service enterprise, our enterprise culture may be expressed: “take Customer as focus, featured service function, take talents as focus, featured talent foremost strategy, take technology as focus, featured creation spirit”, through by taking “Regard Customer’s demands as owns to create competitive powers for Customers” as its pursuant focusing-values and establishing the business philosophy of “take talent foremost strategy and launch depend on technology.”
